3. 자격 요건

• 신학대학원(M.Div 또는 M.A. in Christian Education) 졸업자 또는 졸업예정자로 목사 또는 전도사
• 영어와 한국어로 설교 가능하신 분
• 해당 분야 사역 경험자 우대
• 미국에 거주하고 취업에 문제가 없으신 분

Washington Jesus Love Church Associate Pastor Search (Full-Time Position)

Washington Jesus Love Church (WJLC), located in Chantilly, Northern Virginia near Washington, D.C., is a Christ-centered community that has been growing in God’s grace for the past 14 years with the vision: “A church that is happy to believe in Jesus, happy to resemble Him, and happy to share Him.” We are prayerfully seeking a full-time associate pastor (part-time applicants may also be considered) who shares the heart of Jesus for every soul and has a passion for the gospel of the Kingdom of God, especially in serving the next generation.

   Associate Pastor (Full-Time)
2. Ministry Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Education Department

• Lead the English Ministry (EM)

3. Qualifications

• Graduate or current student of an accredited seminary (M.Div or M.A. in Christian Education)

• Ordained or currently a seminarian pursuing

• Bilingual in English and Korean

• Ministry experience in relevant areas preferred

• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible for employment

4. Required Documents

• Resume and Personal Statement (including your statement of faith, testimony, philosophy of ministry, ministry and professional experience, spiritual gifts, family introduction, and a family photo)

• Seminary graduation certificate or proof of enrollment

• Two pastoral reference letters (one must be from a senior pastor of a previous church)

• Link to a recent English sermon video (Korean sermon link also recommended, if available)

5. Compensation
   Up to $80,000 (to be determined during the interview process, considering family and other factors)
