Job Position

Full time: Education Department /Youth ministry.

Part time: Youth Ministry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to students, student leaders, and volunteers.
• Lead weekly youth worship services and preach God's Word.
• Offer pastoral care and support to students navigating life transitions and identity formation.
• Plan, design, and oversee comprehensive youth programs, including:
  • Bible studies, retreats, and mission trips.
  • Conferences, special events, and leadership training.
• Partner with parents to nurture students’ faith and growth.
• Train and provide care for volunteer teaching staff.
• Collaborate with the Korean Ministry (KM) team and actively attend staff meetings.

Qualifications and Character

Who You Are:

• Passionate about mentoring and discipling youth to grow deeper in Christ.
• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative ministry setting.
• A graduate of (or currently attending) an accredited theological seminary.
• Ordained or eligible for ordination.
• Experienced in youth ministry (minimum 2 years).
• Creative, energetic, and ready to connect with students in relevant and impactful ways.
